Happy Valentines day!

I know what you're thinking, and No, You can't have Sam. I am, however, currently taking applications for Sam's future wife. Those under the age of 6, or are currently in the gestation process are elligible, all others need not apply. *bribery recommended
That boy is never short of new ways to tell people he loves them. I actually got a little book he made of similar portraits on a few pages that were stapled together as if it needed to survive a tornado. He also informed me that we needed to get Grams (his Great-Grandma) a Valentine card because her husband died and she doesn't have one.
but on the other hand....
There is a little girl at Pre-school that seems a bit taken with him. I was unaware of this infatuation until last week when he told me that there was a girl in class that,
"thinks I'm her boyfriend, but I'm NOT! and she always tries to kiss me and I dodge her so she only gets my head sometimes." (Aggressive much?) So I said, "Really? Well what is her name?"
"Umm... It might be Eliza but it could be Paige, I get confused."
poor girl... the man she loves doesn't even know her name.

super bowl

We had high hopes for these two

We watched in anticipation... and dissapointment

It's a good thing we had each other for support

In the end, there is always next year

"Bebe"

Steve's brother and family have been visiting from Alaska. No one has been more elated than Sophie. The reason is "bebe" Or Aspen, as the rest of us call her. She is beyond obsessed with her.
While on the subject of Sophie, here is some of her latest antics:
She loves meat, tomoatoes (even tomatoe juice in her sippy cup) and "wheats" treats
She has finally stopped biting Sam, but has resort to clawing and scratching.
Greets me every morning with a sing-songy "Maaw-meeee"
Love.... loves Barney  "Bah-ee" animals "moh-moh" and Mickey Mouse
When not watching the above shows, she plays with her babies and wraps them in blankets "bantet"
and feeds them juice "duce" and milk.
She loves to make a good mess and is very independent. She is starting to learn animal sounds and her favorite to identify is a kitty but my favorite is a cow she says "boooo" or sometimes "poooo"
When she wants something she says,"ha-wit" and refers to herself as "bebe" but is now starting to say
Sophie "woh-wee" and refers to Sam as Brother "buh-er"
She has the best belly laugh and it usually comes if she gets a reaction from scaring someone. She loves to jump "dump" on my bed, and tries to avoid getting her diaper changed at all costs. She is already learning to manipulate and after Mom says no to a treat, she will then go to Dad with her head tilted to the side and her best sweet, soft voice and says, "wheat... wheat..? She says "oh-tay" or "tay" when she gets what she wants. She is an adreneline junkie already and loves to be tossed in the air and spun around, even by her 6 foot 6 uncle. Her bedtime routine consists of finding her "mimi" filling her bottle with water. then we go to her room and sing her the "birtday" song. She puts in her requests of who she wants inlcuded in the song, and she always wants to include "elk" our lovely friend on the wall that belongs to uncle Greg.
She is the best fit thrower, and can honestly just drive us crazy with her stubbornness and mood swings.
This little thing will keep us on our toes for a while I think.
Just more words.... for fun :)
Pete, mickey "mouse", pluto "boo-doh",  minney "mimi",  goofy "doo-dee",  Grandma "mee-maw",  Grandma Buddy "buh-ee" Grandpa "papa",  Church "turts", water "wa-wa", zebra "wee-buh", giraffe "wahff"
and many more but as of right now the Sophster is saying, "hehwp" like a broken record there must be an emergency in the toy department, and so that's all for now.
