I was awaiting Christmas like a little kid this year. It was such a great Christmas season.
Sophie, who is a believer, was so excited to go see Santa. On our way she exclaimed, "I bet he will be so amazed how big I got this year."

I made Christmas Jammies for the first time ever and they turned out pretty good. A little huge, but that just means I won't have to do it next year. The fabric of the pants was from Steve's Grandmas stash. I found some treasures when she passed away. I'm a sucker for anything vintage and sentimental.

This, of course, was not miles first Christmas but it was our first with him. We are so lucky to have this little one year old.

 Sophie, modelling for me.

The kids sleppt til almost 8, I couldn't believe it. I was up with Miles, so I was just anxiously awaiting their anxious little bodies to roll out of bed. This picture is Sam's first look at his "big" present.
Sophie, looking downright giddy about her new dollhouse

 priceless

I have a client that GAVE me that dollhouse. her daughter who has never been interested in dolls, has never played with it, so she gave it to me. Sophie is dying over it. It's in her room, close to her bed so she look at it as she falls asleep.

priceless, yet again. This time the face is over broncos gear.

This is the first EVER family picture we've taken with all 5 of us.
I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. It was such a good day.
